Rescheduling

Kindly note that we request a minimum of 7 days' notice for any appointment rescheduling. You have the privilege of rescheduling once with the next available date at no extra cost. However, following this initial rescheduling option, a fee of $100 will be imposed for any subsequent rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
