Getting ready for a Past Life Regression session entails establishing a serene and focused setting, framing positive intentions, and nurturing a calm and open mindset.   • Session Duration: Past Life Regression sessions are between 3-5 hours, depending on the session picked. It is advised to take the day off and avoid scheduling any appointments or errands before or afterward. This technique is highly relaxing and demands your undivided attention.

  • Setting Intentions: It's recommended to set your intention for the session and be clear about your goals. Your higher self might guide you to a past life that's essential for your personal growth and learning. Trust the process.​

  • Space: Ensure that you are in a quiet space. The presence of animals can either help or disrupt, depending on their behavior. Dim the lights, choose a comfortable couch or bed.

  • Equipment: For online sessions, use a good headset or earphones with a microphone (wired is recommended, such as old Apple headphones or gaming headsets). Make sure your headphones are connected to your computer and have Zoom downloaded. Avoid wireless or Bluetooth headphones due to battery concerns.

Stick to your regular water intake on the day of the session.
